Business process improvement AI Automation

Better processes.
Practical AI.

I help businesses reduce repetitive work, make company knowledge easier to use, and turn promising AI ideas into working solutions.

From understanding the problem to designing, building, and testing the solution, I work with your team to improve the way your business operates.

Former Engagement Manager with the MIT-IBM Watson AI Lab and IBM Research.

Services

Start with the work
that needs improving.

Business process
improvement

Understand where work slows down, information gets lost, and people repeat the same tasks. Map the current process, clarify ownership, and prioritize practical changes.

Typical work: workflow discovery, process mapping, requirements, opportunity assessment, and implementation roadmaps.

AI knowledge
systems

Make your organization's documents, experience, and institutional knowledge easier to find and use. Build a foundation for AI answers grounded in relevant company information.

Typical work: content assessment, knowledge organization, document ingestion and indexing, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge portals.

Automation and
implementation

Connect the information and tools your team already uses. Reduce duplicate entry and improve handoffs while keeping approvals and consequential decisions with people.

Typical work: connected forms, approval workflows, system integration, document generation, testing, and adoption support.

Ways to work together

Start with a clear problem and a useful next step.

Selected work

From company knowledge to connected project workflows

An ongoing engagement with a creative and brand experience agency, spanning AI knowledge systems and the processes that move projects forward.

Making company knowledge easier to use

The goal: make information across Google Drive and past project materials easier to find, understand, and use.

I began by assessing the content, organizing the document collection, and building ingestion and indexing capabilities. The work expanded into AI-assisted retrieval, summarization, and a knowledge portal using Google Cloud and Vertex AI.

This foundation brings relevant company information into reach while preserving the distinction between source material and AI-generated answers.

Connecting project intake, estimating, and delivery

The goal: carry project information through the workflow with less repeated entry and clearer review points.

I am developing connected tools for project intake, service selection, estimating, scheduling, approvals, and generated project documents. The work includes version controls and protected approved records so revisions can be reviewed without losing earlier decisions.

Selected workflows have been exercised through controlled pilots and automated checks. Broader staff acceptance, further integration, and measurement of business outcomes remain ongoing.

My role

Business process discovery, requirements, solution design, hands-on implementation, testing, documentation, and delivery coordination.

The approach

A clear path from the problem
to a working solution.

  1. Understand.

Review the current process, systems, information, and people involved.

  2. Prioritize.

Select a manageable problem and agree what success would look like.

  3. Build and test.

Develop a focused pilot, check the results, and refine it with users.

  4. Put it to work.

Support adoption, document ownership, and measure the effect on day-to-day work.
